§ 1 Scope

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed via the DESGNIO online shop (operated by Lolip Ltd.).By placing an order, the customer accepts these terms and conditions.

§ 3 Conclusion of contract

The presentation of the products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather an invitation to order.By clicking the “Buy” button, you place a binding order.Confirmation of receipt of the order occurs immediately after sending by email.The purchase contract is only concluded through the shipping confirmation.

§ 4 Prices and payment

All prices stated are final prices including VAT plus shipping costs.We accept the payment methods shown in the ordering process (credit card, PayPal, etc.).

§ 5 Delivery

The delivery time is usually 4-5 working days within Germany, 5-10 working days within the EU and 7-14 working days worldwide.Shipping costs: Germany €4.90, EU €7.90, worldwide €12.90.Shipping within Germany is free for orders over €49.

§ 6 Right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving reasons.The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier took possession of the goods.

In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email).

§ 7 Retention of title

The delivered goods remain the property of the seller until full payment has been made.

§ 8 Warranty

The statutory warranty rights apply.If a product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately by email.

§ 9 Liability

For slightly negligent breaches of duty, we are only liable if essential contractual obligations are breached and the amount is limited to the foreseeable, contract-typical damage.

§ 10 Final provisions

The law of the Republic of Bulgaria applies.If individual provisions of these General Terms and Conditions are ineffective, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
